About Us
Safe Space Sober Living is dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey to lasting sobriety. We foster a safe, inclusive, and fiercely supportive community within a space that feels like home. Our mission extends beyond housing; helping residents to build the inner strength required to reclaim lives and envision futures filled with purpose and hope.
What Success Looks Like
At Safe Space, success is defined by a resident's ability to maintain abstinence and develop a self-sufficient, meaningful, and healthy life in recovery. We bridge the gap between intensive treatment and independent living with our structured, supportive, and community-focused sober home.
Support and Services
Our sober living environment creates the necessary conditions for residents to achieve their goals. We provide structure and accountability, regular drug testing, and a supportive peer community. We offer a gradual transition, life skills development, encouragement for recovery program engagement, and minimized triggers. Our house managers and peers provide guidance and connect residents to community resources for employment, education, and social activities.
Contributing to the Community
Safe Space Sober Living, through its connection to the Massachusetts Alliance for Sober Housing, offers access to a large network of certified sober homes in the area with ethical, empirically based recovery principles. We aim to help create and foster safe living environments for those with substance use disorders in our community.
